Please complete this connection card so we can learn more about you and connect you with the life of CtK.

  • Feel free to bring your coffee and kids are always welcome! If you don't feel like wearing a dress or suit and tie, that's OK; jeans and a t-shirt are accepted here.
  • You should encounter greeters, or any number of staff or other church-goers upon entering the building.
  • Be sure to stop by the Welcome Center to grab a CtK mug & pen.
  • An usher will be waiting outside the sanctuary entrance to hand you a bulletin and answer any questions.
  • Audio aids are available upon request.
  • Our nursery is staffed during worship by a paid adult, Jennifer. She has three children of her own and is trained to work with children.
  • Whether you prefer to utilize a bulletin, follow along on a large projected screen, or open a hymnal, CtK allows you to follow the service in whatever method suits you best.
  • Music plays a large role in worship. It's not uncommon to hear pipe organ, piano, guitar, violin, brass and a choir all in the same service.
  • During the school year, children are invited forward to participate in BAM! (Bible and me) during worship, offering a special message for them followed by age-appropriate activities. They return to service at Communion.
  • We celebrate Holy Communion regularly. Our table is open to all who believe that Christ was born, died and rose again "for you."
  • Stick around for fellowship over coffee and donuts.
  • SALT (Sunday Adult Learning Time) at 10:45 AM provides a chance for adults to engage with presentations and discussions led by pastors, members, staff, or guest presenters.
  • Frequent Faith Formation activities for kids and families are scheduled throughout the year and provide a chance for for all ages to grow together in faith.

This is where the Christ the King community really comes alive.

  • You can share your vocal stylings in one of our choirs, demonstrate your rhythm and technique in the King's Ringers bell choir, or play an instrument in one of our small ensembles. Megan and Nate take the lead on these groups and will be sure to find a place that fits for you.
  • Whether it's participating with our Racial Justice Team, Care for Creation Team, Global Missions Team, one of our social ministries, working with our local mission partners, helping out in the community garden, attending a Bible study, or simply walking alongside our youth, we have numerous opportunities and small groups where you can grow with God at Christ the King.
  • Our weekly Fun and Fellowship times on Wednesdays at 6:15 PM during the school year provide a chance for kids and their families to grow in faith together. The activities vary and can range from games, to lessons, to service projects. Deb always provides a meaningful and faith-affirming program for kids!
  • Sunday evening youth group, confirmation, Summer Stretch and Moonlight Madness are just a few of the many opportunities available to middle and high school youth at CtK. Pastor Sarah seeks to offer a youth ministry that is responsive to the needs and desires of the youth we encounter. Whether planning a trip, retreat or hangout you can be sure Pastor Sarah is doing so with the best intentions for youth and their faith.

Joining CtK

Are you interested in becoming a new member of Christ the King? Welcome!

We invite you to join a "new member gathering" which are offered several times throughout the year. These orientation sessions will include an overview of the mission and ministry of Christ the King, often a meal and fellowship with others and chance to get to know some of the staff of CtK better. You will also hear about the various ministries of Christ the King, so that you can decide where to be involved in the life and mission of our congregation.
